Kevin Kramer is the head coach of the indoor and beach volleyball programs at West Valley College. A prominent figure in the 3C2A with an extensive background in coaching and athletic administration, Kramer brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to student-athlete development to the Vikings.

Prior to joining West Valley for the 2026–27 campaign, Kramer served as a dean and athletic director at American River College, Las Positas College and Chabot College. He also maintains an active role in the sport as the boys' program director at NorCal Volleyball, a premier youth organization in the state.

Kramer spent 12 years leading the indoor and beach programs at Gavilan College, where his teams captured six Coast Conference championships and made 10 consecutive postseason appearances. During the 2018 season, he guided the Rams to a 30–2 record, including an undefeated conference campaign. His efforts that year earned him Northern California Community College Volleyball Coach of the Year honors, and he was named the 2017 AVCA Two-Year College Southwest Coach of the Year.

An advocate for the growth of the sport, Kramer served as president of the 3C2A Volleyball Coaches' Association and helped lead the legislative initiative to establish beach volleyball as a sanctioned sport in California.
