Sayeh Faridnia, the 2017 CCCAA 100y butterfly state champion, and multi-event stalwart Alexandra Ruzsa head an experienced 2018 West Valley women's swim team. Faridnia captured the 100 fly title, was 2nd in the 200y fly and teamed with Ruzsa on Viking relays in 2017. WVC opens 2018 at Cabrillo on Feb. 2 and hosts the Coast Conference Kickoff Feb. 16. The West Valley Aquatics center will also be the site of the 2018 Coast Conference Championships April 19-21.
